General FAQs

For Weddings, complete our Wedding Inquiry form where we’ll be in touch to book a consultation call with Rachael. After your call, we’ll send you your proposal with your package options. After selecting your packages in your proposal and filling out your information, you will be prompted to sign your digital contract and then pay your retainer of $2,500 to hold your date. Once done, you're officially booked and we'll send you your next steps!

For Engagement & Couples Sessions, go to the Engagement Sessions page and follow the prompts to book your session. There you’ll be able to choose your session date & time, complete your proposal and pay your deposit to secure your booking. Once paid, we’ll send you your contract to sign, and once that’s signed your session is officially booked!

Your photos will be delivered via an online gallery and will be edited with color correction and light skin retouching. Delivered photos are high-resolution for downloading and printing.

For Engagement & Couples Sessions, edited photos are delivered within 3-4 weeks following your session. 

For Wedding Photography, standard delivery is 6-8 weeks following your event. If you’re interested in a faster delivery time, we offer a Rush Turnaround option for an additional $950. With this option, you will receive your edited gallery within 10-14 days after your event. We must have at least a 90-day advance notice if you choose this add-on.

Taxes and fees are bundled into our package pricing, so what you see is what you get! No additional fees apply unless you opt for à la carte add-ons.

You sure can! As a matter of fact, we highly recommend you review one of our full galleries before booking to be sure our styles align. It’s so important to see a complete finished product and know what you can expect. 

Feel free to include a gallery request in your initial contact form if you would like to see any specific locations or types of shoots.

You bet! Rachael loves unique and candid photos, but she’ll also get the classic posed photos grandma wants to hang in a frame in her hallway.

Both! Print options are available on the digital gallery your images are delivered through and orders are fulfilled through a high-quality print lab we've partnered with. You own the printing rights so you’re also welcome to take the digital downloads to your local drugstore print station, but we really wouldn’t recommend it. We're always open to discussing this with you and helping however we can. 

Albums are available as an add-on to packages. We custom design the album and will send you a proof for revisions before printing.

Wedding FAQs

Engagement sessions are a fantastic way for you and Rachael to hang out and get to know each other before your big day. They’re also great for your save-the-dates and wedding invitations. So yep, we sure do recommend them.

If your wedding package does not already include an engagement session, you can add one for an additional $850.

Absolutely! Rachael will go wherever you need to document your love story. A travel fee will apply.

Travel fees are dependent on location and time of year, but on average they are about $1,500 for locations within the United States to cover a 3-night hotel stay and 1 round-trip plane ticket. We're flexible on these fees if you have a friend with a guest room or airline miles you want to use to cover Rachael's travel. She will travel domestically and internationally, so just pack her in your suitcase and she’ll go! 

I shoot with two full-frame Canon cameras. I use a variety of professional lenses throughout the day, but my go-to lenses are the Canon Art 35mm 1.4, 50mm 1.2, and 85mm 1.4. I also bring my own on-camera and free-standing lighting equipment and will be prepared for any indoor or outdoor lighting situation.

Photo Booth FAQs

The photo booth allows guests to document their event experience with photos, Boomerangs, and videos. The booth can also be set up as a "confessional booth" with audio and video recording upon request.

No, the OkCrowe Photo Booth is a fully digital photo booth. Content is shared with guests via text, email, airdrop, or QR code.

You can use our backdrop and props, provide your own, or just use the booth as a simplified "step and repeat" portrait booth. You are welcome to use our backdrop stand if you opt to provide your own themed backdrop.

We can customize the photo booth's LED lights, digital photo frame, background & tap to start screen and prop table LED lights. You will receive a questionnaire prior to your event with more details on this.

The photo booth can be used outside, but must be placed on a dry, level surface, and have access to power within 25 feet of the booth. The photo booth can NOT be used in wet weather conditions.
